Entry into the BtoC market
During the crisis, opportunities had to be sought to counter the slump in sales and to develop new target groups. This was the start for the entry into the B2C market.

Speed was key. Thanks to the passion and dynamism of small, powerful, cross-functional teams, the first shops had their Go-Live after just a few weeks. Across Europe, one shop after the other was successively opened for end consumers.  

We learn every day, analyse precisely and understand better and better, step by step, the differences to our well-known B2B market.

Our B2C motto "professional quality for the home" already seems to work quite well.
