Company management and trainees working together
The annual staff survey has brought forth the desire for increased transparency about our departments. An overview that goes beyond an organisational chart: which department works with which staff on what; what are the goals, challenges and interfaces there? In fact, we did not have such an overview before. The management has confidently placed this interesting and elaborate project in the hands of our youngest colleagues: our apprentices and dual students. In more than 30 interviews with the departments, they developed a clear and professional presentation and presented it to the staff in a format of their own choosing. Not only new colleagues are now pleased about this transparency.
