B2C sales move sustainably on a growth course
What was once born as an agile reaction to the market has become a high-flyer for EM Group: Demand from private clients has far exceeded our expectations. This positive development was the reason for setting up an internal organisational structure to cope with the new line of business. A group of dedicated, young employees is working with extraordinary passion to adapt the visual language, the product range, attractive set products, the advertising channels, especially the social media channels and much more, so that they inspire the private customer. To further accelerate growth, we are now moving into radio and outdoor advertising. And: for the first time in the history of the EM Group, we are launching a broad-based TV campaign for this purpose.
