On 17 February 2017 we were awarded the Top Job Award by Wolfgang Clement in Berlin as one of the best employers among German SMEs. On the basis of scientifically founded management, personnel and employee surveys, a high level of employee satisfaction has been certified at our company.

We hope that the participation in Top Job will give us further ideas to increase employee satisfaction and employer attractiveness. For us, the targeted development of human resources is an essential part of our strategy and leadership. The development is based on a structured process with employee discussions, development plans and their implementation in our in-house academy.
